We understand as pet owners the need to adequately care for your pet.
You can be certain that your cherished pet will be in safe hands.
Whilst in transport your pet will be cared for as per your instructions and safely housed in comfortable enclosures for the duration of their journey.

We understand your worries and as such you may phone us at any time to get an up to date progress report en-route.

Pets direct2u provide the efficient and comfortable transportation of animals to any UK destination, at a very competitive rate.

Local service (Wirral area customer base)
Locally we offer a taxi service for both pet and/or owner to all local destinations also at a
very good rate. We understand transport can be a problem for many owners,
as their pets are usually required to be at the Vets between 8:30 & 9:30 on the morning
of an operation. We can also collect and return your pet at the end of the day, if required.

Out of hours service:
Pets direct2u understand that there may be times when you need assistance with animal
transport after working hours.
We make every effort to offer assistance in these emergency situations.

We conform by DEFRA guidelines concerning animal transport and a full journey
certificate will be followed to adhere to the best interests of your pet.

Your pet will travel in our professionally converted van for the transport of animals.
The van is fibreglass lined to aid a proper cleaning in between jobs.
It also has been vented for better air circulation on hot days.
We are able to take the largest of dog and cat breeds.

When pets are in transport - We are not responsible for the following;
Vehicle accidents, sickness of an animal, stolen animal(s),
death of the animal or if the animal runs away.
Your pet must be fit to travel and be up to date with vaccinations.

All documentation must travel with your pet to conform to DEFRA guidelines.
